How to Stop a Heart Attack in its Tracks

1  Bend over and cough really hard, exaggerate the coughing and expel all the air out of the lungs with each bout.  Breathe in deeply and repeat several times.  When the symptoms have subsided, drink a litre of water and go for a walk.

2  Breathe in through the nose, and with lips closed tightly force the air out through the lips in such a way as to cause pressure in the lungs and a squeaky sound as the air is forced out through the lips.

3  Mix one teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper in a glass of warm water to make a pepper ‘tea’ and drink it quickly.  The pepper dilates the blood vessels and clears the problem.  Cayenne Pepper can also normalise blood pressure and may assist in preventing heart and circulatory system problems.

Any one of the three above may halt the heart attack and negate the need for medical intervention which invariably leads to prescription drugs and/or surgery.  Clean up the diet, get plenty of exercise, drink lots of water, and include good rock salt or sea salt in the daily intake.

I’m often asked about the way I look, “How on earth can a dude with a cowboy hat and silly mustache – and not dressed in a white suit – be leading a health revolution.  Don, what are you about?” For decades I’ve been about helping people to understand the power of self care and self education – taking care of one’s self.  And when you have good reasons for having a point of view that flies directly in the face of the establishment, you become a little rebellious.
For over 40 years of being in the public arena and involved with doctors, medical groups, scientific researchers and in working with literally thousands of people who have been failed by the “healthcare” system, I’ve come to realize that about 98% of what that industry does is actually doing more harm than good. The truth is that today’s “health care” is really “SICK” care. It’s sadly become an industry that thrives on the perpetuation of sickness and disease through false diagnostics, unnecessary treatments and surgeries – and huge corporate interests and agendas are driving that entire business globally. Now don’t get me wrong. I am grateful for how far modern medicine has come in being able to assist people in dealing with crisis and trauma situations immediately following accidents. But beyond that, the more you investigate “health care”, the more you begin to see it’s pitfalls and how it’s failing humanity.
Self Care is the simple understanding of the power and intelligence of the human body to energize, restore and heal itself by embracing principles of life and health. It was an ageless wisdom harnessed by many ancient cultures that allowed them to live long, disease-free lives. I firmly believe that mother nature contains everything we need in the form of wholefoods, sunlight, water and the surrounding environment to ensure our health, healing and longevity. Despite the overwhelming propaganda and promotion that dominates the airwaves to the contrary – all funded by the pharmaceutical industry – true health does NOT come in any type of bottle or from any expensive breakthrough miracle treatments or surgeries.  If that were true, diseases like diabetes and cancer would not be escalating. I’m thrilled that I’ve lived long enough to finally see the Self Care Revolution arrive. It’s here right now. In fact, millions of people all around the world have already woken up to and are embracing the wisdom of Self Care for themselves instead of relying on doctors and medicine for their health and well being.
As an 8 year old boy, I’d heard a story that set my heart and mind racing. The story was about an ancient sacred meal called “Pulse”. For a period of time I thought I wanted to become a neurosurgeon but something kept me off that path.  Eventually I embarked on a 17 year quest as a young adult into 33 different countries in search of Pulse. That crazy little meal was one thing, but it was the information I found in search of it that truly changed my life. During my quest, I was granted special dispensation to meet the curators of certain museums, I experienced life amongst many different indigenous cultures and I was able to review ancient collections that were under ‘lock and key’. Above all, what I discovered was the most priceless, observational wisdom from our ancestors about nature and it’s relationship to the human body and about health. I carried this knowledge with me and it’s what set me off on a mission for the rest of my life to share it publicly with anybody who was prepared to listen. My message is simple and yet it’s the simplicity that causes many to ignore it when their health is in the balance. I’ve discovered that even when the answer is so obvious, most prefer to put their trust in expensive, complex solutions.
The “health care” industry thrives on complex solutions and on generating fear amongst the masses. All of this serves to fuel the ongoing mystery of disease, which in turn ensures that trusting consumers continue to pump billions of dollars each year into their coffers. Even today, I’m regarded as ‘an enemy in the camp’ of the medical industry, and yet my discoveries in the field of whole food nutrition have ironically given me the opportunity to speak at some of the world’s leading ‘health’ and technology organizations such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Health Research Academy at Cornell University in New York City. For the past 30 years, I have traveled the globe as a public speaker sharing my message of Self Care to both live seminar audiences and through the international media. In the USA I have been a return guest on the Donahue Show, Entertainment Tonight and ABC Talk Radio and in Australia I have featured on Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Today Tonight and countless talk-back radio shows. On several separate occasions in my life, I have completed extended fasts on both water and juices to experience for myself one of the brilliant ancient protocols for healing, restoration and extending life.
